Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is JYGY?JYGY is cool little place where you can hang-out, create your own private mobile services and use them for whatever you want. You can add friends, SMS them, share pictures, and interact via WEB, WAP and SMS. JYGY is about you making it your own. This is the only place where you really can make your own, individual mobile applications that run via SMS and MMS, then share with your friends. Try it out and let us know what you think. Is JYGY free?We don't charge you for JYGY, nor do we charge for text messages, JYGY is what you would call 'standard rate service'. Your wireless company may however charge you for SMS or MMS messages and data traffic. We can't do anything about it and you should be sure that you wont wind up with a big phone bill. A lot of JYGY users have an unlimited messaging plan with their wireless company. You can always get out of getting messages by sending 'STOP' to MYJYGY (695949) or going to your 'account' tab and disabling mobile messages. What are 'Grooves' and how do I use them?Groove is our little word for mobile services that you can make and share with your friends. Ever watch that tv show where you can vote via your mobile phone? where you get a joke of the day? Or ever wanted a private SMS chatroom? You can do that and much more with JYGY. Will you sell my information?No. We have a privacy policy you can read, but essentially we'll not sell your personal information to anyone. We may put in some advertising at some point based on your preferences like you see in search engines and so on to help keep the lights on, but even then everyones privacy is very important to us.
